Yoga takes each of us to a very personal place. A place where we meet with our own divinity. We are all different and, yet, we are all the same, we are all one. Our bellies rise and fall with the unique rhythm of the universe as we are experiencing it in the moment. It is through silence that we permit ourselves to move into that personal place, that connection with our divinity.

When we trust, have faith and confidence we find that the 'human condition' is the same for each of us. That through the prayer of silence, the answers we seek are found. That sometimes all that is needed is to just be. Yoga can provide us with that. When we invite and permit it to do so.

Mantra's:

Mantra's are a combination of sacred syllables. The root "man" in Sanskrit means "to think", the root "tra" means to protect or free from bondage of samsara. Therefore, Mantra means - the thought that liberates or protects.

The chanting of a mantra activates and accelerates the creative spiritual force, producing harmony in all parts of the human being.

Some Mantra's are:

AUM (symbolized as \) -which purifies the mind and represents the trinity of physical, mental and spiritual bodies.

AVA MARIA -evokes feelings of love for the divine.

HARI OM - is a healing mantra, Hari means to "take away"

OM NAMAH SIVIA -appeals to the divine in the aspect of destroyer of ignorance and illusion that stands in the way of connecting with the divine.
