Some general information and Do’s & Don’ts, which will help with your practice:
Do
Arrive a bit early to help settle in, let go of distractions and reframe the mind
Let the instructor know of any injuries or conditions that might affect your practice
Skip any poses if tired/injured or you feel best not to do
Wear loose comfortable closing
Leave business and socializing for after class
Don’t
Eat a heavy meal just before class
Bring cell phones and pagers to class
ALWAYS
remember to take responsibility for your body
