Arlene Dalton is a certified Life Skills Coach, Yasodhara Ashram Yoga Instructor, and Workshop Facilitator with a post diploma certification in expressive arts.  She is the author of "In Sickness & In Health" and a visual artist. Her personal approach to health is one that has developed out of her own life experience and over 20 years of clinical experience working within the field of rehabilitation and pain management assisting others in developing pain management, relaxation and mindfulness skills. She is the founding editor of the NACPAC TRACK the Newsletter of the North American Chronic Pain Association and has sat on many boards and committees in the area of health and the arts.

More recently Arlene has completed workshops with Jon Kabot Zinn, Saki Santorelli and Zindel Seael in Mindfulness Meditation. Obtained her level 2 Touch Therapy, level 1 Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy and she is currently completing a Professional Yoga Therapist Training Program through Integrated Yoga Therapy with Joseph LePage.  Yoga Therapy is the application of the ancient science of Yoga to enhance health and wellness at all levels of the person: physical, psychological and spiritual. She has also completed numerous yoga workshops with a variety of instructors.

In her work Arlene encourages you in a non-judgmental, non-threatening environment to explore and experience those issues which may be contributing to making your life situation more stress filled.

Through a variety of modalities you will be encouraged to begin to question and identify areas of dis-ease. It is though exploration into your creativity and imagination that you begin to stretch both the body and the mind.

Each of us has the power, the knowledge and the experience to heal ourselves. The journey towards non-suffering begins with acceptance of this moment.
